Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original Axa Charms gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your new charm within 5-7 business days.
